Whipped Goat cheese mousse, pickled walnuts dressing

Delicious combination of nutty Cauliflower, nubby Farro with earthy Chick peas, Red peppers and Garlic cloves… Chorizo Crisps to get them together!

Smoked with Chicory wood, dressed with shaved Parmesan, Rocket leaves and pickled walnut dressing

Goat cheese, Beef Tomato, Grilled Aubergine and Courgette Dressed with Homemade Basil and Cashew Nuts Pesto

“Meaty” cuts of aubergines, layered up with Sun-dried tomatoes,
Roast peppers and lentils, wrapped in Phyllo dough, Royal pepper relish

Delicious blend of Wild mushrooms and Arborio rice, Tossed with Fresh chives, Parmigiano Regano and drizzle of Black truffle oil

Freshly made Saffron risotto, Merlot braised beef cheeks,
Shaved Leeks and Parmigiano Reggiano on top

Classic French dish, slow, careful cooked in Red wine Chicken, Wild Mushrooms and Bacon, to make a rich, deep-flavoured dish
